JM Studio offers digital marketing services such as content creation, strategy development, social media support, and branding guidance. The exact scope of the service is discussed and customized with each client individually.
3. Pricing & Payment
JM Studio does not process direct payments through the website. All pricing and payment agreements are made only after direct contact via email or social media. Once an agreement is made, an official quote or invoice will be provided. Payment must be completed within 14 days after the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
4. Liability
JM Studio is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of delivered content or strategies. Clients remain responsible for execution on their own platforms.
5. Cancellation
Appointments or projects can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, texts, and strategies remain the property of JM Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Reuse without permission is not allowed.
7. Changes
JM Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
